Acerca de Tecnalia Colombia
We are the largest technological development and applied research center in Spain, headquartered in the Basque Country (Bilbao) and with an international presence. Since 2007, we have been operating in Colombia as a non-profit Innovation and Productivity Center, recognized by the Ministry of Science. Our mission is to promote applied research projects, develop new technologies, and transfer knowledge to contribute to social and economic progress.
We are part of TECNALIA Research & Innovation, the largest private R&D&I group in Spain and one of the top five in Europe. Headquartered in San Sebastián and present in multiple locations, TECNALIA has more than 1,500 collaborators—164 of them PhDs—a network of 3,900 clients worldwide, and a board of trustees comprised of 26 companies, 11 institutional entities, and 7 distinguished individual members.
